- Addressing product or service concerns, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes; and
- Provide important product safety information and instruction.
(C) Improving Our Services and Products
- Creating, developing, operating, delivering, and improving our products, services, content and advertising; and
- For internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Final Print's products, services, and customer communications.
(D) Legal Obligations
- Subject to certain applicable laws and regulations, we may collect your personal information in order to fulfil and comply with our legal obligations.
(E) Other Business Reasons Subject to Your Consent
- Without you providing certain personal information and/or us being able to obtain it, we may be prevented from or limited in the performance of certain of our services.
We do not collect, use, or disclose "Sensitive Personal Information" beyond the purposes permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, we only use and disclose sensitive personal information as reasonably necessary and for the purpose: (i) to perform our services requested by you; (ii) to help ensure security and prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents; (iii) to comply with legal obligations; (iv) to our service providers who perform services on our behalf or work; and (v) for purposes in connection with the services you requested.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for monetary purposes, nor beyond disclosure for a business purpose. We only share your information as described in this Policy or as otherwise communicated to you at the time we collect your information. However, some privacy laws may define a "sale" to include sharing personal information with third parties for "valuable consideration", such as for targeted advertising purposes. We may de-identify your personal information or receive information about you that has already been de-identified. We may use or share this information in accordance with applicable law. Any de-identified information, we will keep in that form and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted or required by applicable law.
Our Use of Artificial Intelligence
We may use AI tools to assist in providing and improving our services. Any processing of personal information through AI technologies will be conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, as well as subject to appropriate security and privacy safeguards.
5. Children's Privacy
We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children. Unless shared by you, with your consent, in accordance with our services, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction. If we become aware that a child's personal data was collected without appropriate authorization, we will delete that information from our records. 6. How We Share Your Information
(A) To Affiliates, Service Providers, and Other Third Parties

- External auditors; and

We only allow our services providers to handle your personal information if we are satisfied that they have taken appropriate measures to protect your personal information, including entering into certain agreements that include non-disclosure obligations.
(B) For Analytics and Advertising Providers
We may contract with third-party providers to track and provide analytics about our website and its visitors, and for purposes of optimizing and serving ads based on your past visits to our website.

Final Print does not currently contract with third-party providers for such services.
(C) For Corporate Transactions
We may also need to share some of the personal information collected with other parties, such as potential buyers of our business. We will typically anonymize information, but this may not always be possible. The recipient of the information will be bound by confidentiality obligations.
(D) To Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Final Print may be required to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
(E) Legal Requirements
Final Print may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

We will not discriminate nor retaliate against you for exercising any of your applicable rights. We reserve the right to deny your request if we cannot verify your identity or if an exception applies under applicable law.
(B) Additional Privacy Rights for California Residents
California residents may have additional rights beyond just those listed in "Your Privacy Rights in the United States", including the following:
(1) Right to Opt-out of Sales or Sharing: California residents have the right to opt out of the disclosure of their personal information for consideration and the sharing of personal information with respect to targeted advertising purposes. (2) Do Not Track: Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature that sends a signal to websites indicating your preference not to have your online activity tracked. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard for handling such signals has not yet been established. We continue to monitor developments in this area and may adopt a standard once one is established.
(C) Unsubscribe from Email Communications
You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of any promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send. If you opt-out of receiving these emails from us, we may still send communications to you about your orders and transactions, and any accounts you have with us.

8. Transfer of Data
Your personal information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
As a U.S.-based company, your personal information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located in the U.S. Your personal information may also be disclosed to the parties identified in Section 6, which are also located in the U.S.
Final Print will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
9. Retention of Data
We take the security of your information very seriously. To that end, we attempt to limit the collection and sharing of information we collect about you and limit our collection as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Although we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, we attempt to prevent any unauthorized access or breach of our systems by following industry standard practices.
Final Print will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Final Print will also retain data related to your usage of the website for internal analysis purposes. This type of data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our website, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.
When you use any of the social media platforms that may be linked to this site, the information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the information you choose to share or submit in these instances, and we have no ability or obligation to protect it in any way.

(2) Purposes for which we Process Information
If your personal information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), we process your personal information on the basis of:

- our prevailing legitimate interest to personalize and improve your overall customer experience and achieve the purposes set out above (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

In connection with those categories referred to in Section 4, under Our Purpose for Collecting Personal Information, the below explains the basis and reason for using your personal information:
- Performance of Services & Delivery of Product: For the performance of our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Communication Purposes: For the performance of our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see above "How and why we use your personal information"). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly.
- Improving our Services and Products: For our legitimate interests or those of a third party, including to be as efficient as we can so we can deliver the best service for you at the best price.
- Legal Obligations: To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including for purposes of (i) Conducting checks to identify our customers and verify their identity; (ii) Gathering and providing information required by or relating to audits, inquiries, or investigations by regulatory bodies; (iii) Preventing unauthorized access and modifications to systems; (iv) Other processing necessary to comply with professional, legal, and regulatory obligations that apply to our business; (v) Ensuring the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.
- Other Business Reasons Subject to Your Consent: The above items do not apply to special category personal information, which we will only process with your explicit consent.

B. Privacy Rights for Canadians
If you are a resident of Canada, you may have certain rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). These rights include the following:
- The right to access, update or delete the information we have on you. Unless otherwise available to do so directly, please contact us to access, update or request deletion of your personal information.
- The right to withdrawal consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Final Print relied on your consent to process your personal information.
- The right to report a complaint. The right to challenge our compliance with PIPEDA and to file a complaint with us or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns regarding our handling of personal information.
- The right to request copies of our privacy practices. The right to ask us about our privacy practices at Final Print.
- The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- The right to data portability (Quebec). You have the right to receive, or have someone else (authorized by law) to receive, a copy provided to you in a structured, commonly used technological format of your personal information that we have stored.

C. Privacy Right under the APPI
If you are a resident of Japan, you may have certain rights under Act on the Protection of Personal Information ("APPI") regarding your Retained Personal Data.
For purposes of the APPI, "Retained Personal Data" refers to the personal information that we maintain and control and with respect to which you may exercise certain rights under the APPI, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
These rights include the following:
- Right to Disclosure: You have the right to request disclosure of your Retained Personal Data that we have stored, including the purposes for which it was retained, categories of personal information we have retained, how it was acquired, and what third parties it has been disclosed to.
- Right to Correction: You may have the right to request that we correct, add to, or delete any of your Retained Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Right to Suspension of Use: You may request that we suspend use of, erase, or suspend providing to third parties your Retained Personal Data, if:
- Your Retained Personal Data is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced or notified to you or has been obtained by wrongful means.
- Your Retained Personal Data has been provided by us to a third party in violation of the APPI.
- You desire that we no longer maintain your Retained Personal Data.
- Right to Lodge Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with us regarding our handling of your personal information. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan if you believe we have violated APPI or if you are dissatisfied with our response to your request.

D. Privacy Rights under Mexico Privacy Law
If you are a resident of Mexico, under the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties ("LFPDPPP") you may be able to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information (collectively, "ARCO Rights"):
- Right of Access. You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed.
- Right of Rectification. You have the right to correct your personal data if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
- Right of Cancellation. You have the right to request the deletion or erasure of your personal data from our files or databases.
- Right to Object. You have the right to object to or oppose the processing of your personal information at any time and for legitimate reasons to object to the processing of your data or demand cessation of such processing when:
- There is a legitimate cause and your specific situation requires cessation in order to prevent further harm or damage, or
- Your personal information is subject to certain types of automated processing which are causing unwanted legal effects or significant affects on your interests and freedoms.
- Limitations on ARCO Rights. Your ARCO Rights may be limited or restricted in the following circumstances:
- When exercising the right would obstruct judicial or administrative proceedings or investigations;
- When retention of personal information is required by law;
- When deletion or restriction of processing would prevent us from complying with legal obligations;
- When the personal information is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or
- When the personal information is subject to professional secrecy obligations.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless specifically disclosed at the time of collection. If you provide such sensitive personal information voluntarily, you expressly consent to its processing for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal of Consent
Subject to those limitations listed above and others provided by law, you have the right to withdrawal your consent for the processing of your personal information at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect and does not affect processing carried out prior to revocation. If you wish to revoke your consent for such processing, please reach out to us at the contact information provided in Section 15 below. Your objection or withdrawal will not affect the processing of your personal information for purposes which remain necessary for our business relationship.
Data Controller
Final Print is responsible for your personal information as the "controller" under the LFPDPPP.

E. Privacy Rights under Australia Privacy Law
Under Australia's Privacy Act 1988, we must share and make you aware of the following information:
- identification and contact details;
- what types of personal information we collect and store;
- how we collect your personal information and where we store it;

Your Privacy Rights Under the Privacy Act 1988

- Right to Access. You may request access to the personal information we have retained about you, subject to any exceptions permitted by law.
- Right to Deletion. Subject to certain legal requirements, you may request for us to delete your personal information that we have retained.
- Right to Correction. You may request that we correct personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, irrelevant, or misleading.
- Right to Opt Out of Direct Marketing. You may opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our communications or by contacting us directly.
- Right to File a Complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with us regarding our handling of your personal information.
